Way #1
Take Route 3 (going west out of frederickburg)
right on Spotswood Furnace road
will come to a stop sign forking with river road, continue on spotswood furnace.
will turn into a dirt road through the woods, drive over two small bridges with little creeks(lovely),
road will become paved again. pass two houses on right,
we are the third house on right
look for the only wooded driveway, white house with red bricks and large carport
Way #2
Take Route 3 (going west out of fredericksburg)
Look for Elys Ford Rd. at a traffic light. Turn right onto Elys Ford.
Road will fork at a church, bare right to continue on Elys Ford Rd.
Continue to stop Sign and Turn Right onto Spotswood Furnace Rd
Look for third house(white with red brick),on the left with a large carport,
has the only wooded driveway in the area.
Way # 3
If coming from Mary Washington Hospital area:
Turn Right at Cowan Blvd.
Turn right at Carl D. Silver Parkway
turn Left at Fall Hill Ave
turn Right at River Road
Turn right at Spotswood Furnace road
Way#3 is the most scenic route
