This is a class of gentle yet thorough stretching that will leave many panting for air if you take it to that level. This is a class for beginning to moderate level. All ages; as long as your children are well behaved and interested, they are certainly welcome to participate. Special attention is given to those with disabilities such as arthritis, injuries. Please let us know in advance. Brad Myers is our Head Yoga Instructor. He conducts three classes each week and is very attentive in his teaching methods. He will actually go around the room and help show you what you need to be feeling or doing to make the difference in your poses/movements. Attend one of Brad’s classes and you will be soothed by his relaxing voice as you benefit from learning to relax and stretch promoting circulation and health of body, mind, and spirit.

First month is only $5. per class and only $8’s after.
